Physical Products
All in-stock physical orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding pre-order items.
Pre-order items will ship within 3–5 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the best available option at the time of fulfillment. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier’s transit times.
Digital Products
All digital products, including ebooks and audiobooks, are delivered electronically. After purchase, you will receive an email with instructions to access your files via BookFunnel. Please ensure you enter a valid email address at checkout, as this is required for delivery. If you do not receive your download email, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting support.
Postcards & Art Prints (Standalone Orders)
Postcards and art prints purchased without a physical book will be shipped via USPS as a standard letter or flat mail item. Please note that these shipments are sent without tracking information in order to keep shipping costs low.
Because these items are sent without tracking, delivery times cannot be guaranteed once the order has been handed over to USPS. While most orders arrive without issue, we are unable to replace or refund items that are marked as delivered or are presumed lost in transit.
